Soyuz - a commercial bank established in 1993, offers the full range of retail, corporate and investment banking services as well as private investment management. Soyuz is one of Russia's largest banks and has a network of more than 40 sales outlets in more than 17 Russian regions and republics.

Independent rating agencies and information and analytical centers consistently rank Soyuz among Russia's top banks. In Profile magazine's "Most secure of the 100 hundred largest banks in Russia" rating (01.01.11) the bank ranks #22.

The bank's share capital was 5.0 billion rubles, assets - 130.34 billion rubles and equity - 8.95 billion rubles as of January 1, 2011.

It's regional network includes 40 sales points and encompasses the major industrial and cultural centers of Russia. 11 of the offices are located in Moscow.  

The international ratings agency Standard & Poor's has assigned "B-" foreign and local currency issuer ratings, "stable" outlook and a "ruBBB" national-scale rating to Soyuz.

The bank's main lines of business are retail and corporate banking, investment banking and services for high-income individuals.

The bank is a member of the Deposit Insurance System.

UC RUSAL to launch new social initiative programme "Territory of RUSAL"‘

UC RUSAL Plc (SEHK: 486, EuroNext: RUSAL/RUAL), the world's largest aluminium producer, announces the start of a new corporate social programme ‘The Territory of RUSAL'. It is directed at the development of social infrastructure and the support of socially effective initiatives in the regions of company's presence. The program encompasses years 2010-2011. The budget for the first stage of the programme is RUR 170 mln.

Insurance Company OSAO Ingosstrakh becomes Sochi 2014 Partner

Alexander Grigoriev, General Director of the insurance company OSAO Ingosstrakh, and Dmitry Chernyshenko, President and CEO of Sochi 2014, today signed an agreement which sees the insurance company become an Official Partner of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games, taking place in Sochi in 2014.

Basic Element Open for Talks on Ingosstrakh

Basic Element (Basel), the majority shareholder of Ingosstrakh, remains open for talks with the insurer's minority shareholders about raising the Generali's stake in the insurer, Interfax reported June 24 referring to Andrei Elinson, deputy CEO of Basel.
