Glavmosstroy has focused its major competence as a general contractor. That concept helps build a wide variety of governmental projects, being an integral part of investment projects and providing construction sites with building materials (which they manufacture themselves).

The company is pretty versatile, but mainly focuses on all-inclusive residential development, constructing administrative and office buildings, commercial centres, hospitals, schools, pre-schools, theatres, parking and other civil buildings.

Glavmosstroy has many different sub-organisations that specialise in individual panel and monolithic construction, general construction and special projects. The holding manages a few large facilities that make building materials and constructions for finishing residential and transportation sites. Glavmosstroy is also the proud owner of a construction equipment fleet. The holding supports its very own design institute.

Glavmosstroy uses cutting-edge methods for maximising efficiency and minimising expenses (Lean management/Lean production). The company is experienced in all different types of construction projects. The company is one of the leaders for high-quality construction, as evident by our international Quality Management System (QMS) certificate. Not only did our company obtain this certificate, but in 2003 the TUV CERT TUV THURINGEN (from German) evaluated our work and gave it the best marks. In 2009, another audit confirmed that Glavmosstroy continues to maintain its status as a member of the elite QMS club by meeting the ISO 9001.2008 standard.

Glavmosstroy has a rich building history that it can take pride in including: the State Kremlin Palace, the White House (in Moscow), the Mayor's office on Free Russia square, Children's Musical Theatre in the name of Natalya Sats, Moscow Artistic Academic Theatre in the name of Maxim Gorky, Moscow State Circus, oncological and cardiologic centres and many more buildings. Over the past 50+ years our company has built 75% of contemporary Moscow's residential housing-about 150 million sq. meters.  Our firm is responsible for building a lot of the newest neighbourhoods in Moscow.

Over the past few years Glavmosstroy has undertaken and finished some large and difficult projects including: Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow Region, Fomenko Theatre, clinical ward at the Botkin Hospital in Moscow, medical centre of EMERCOM in Saint Petersburg, large residential complexes and whole neighbourhoods in the Moscow region.
